At Eagaloid Tech, we provide high-impact strategy, brand, and digital solutions tailored to each client’s unique vision. Due to the customized nature of our work, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined as follows:
 

1. Service-Based Projects (Strategy, Branding, Product Builds)
 

All services involving strategic planning, branding, digital product development, or consulting are non-refundable once the project is initiated.

• Payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Cancellation requests after project initiation will not qualify for refunds.

• Projects delayed due to client inaction (21+ days) may be marked as complete and closed with no refund.
   

2. Retainer Engagements / Monthly Subscriptions
 

Retainer-based services (consulting, content creation, ongoing strategy):

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

• Clients must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to cancel.

• No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
   

3. Digital Products, Templates, or Downloadable IP
 

All digital product purchases are final:

• No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product is delivered or accessed.

• Technical issues accessing files will be resolved upon request. Please contact us directly.
   

4. Project Cancellation by Eagaloid Tech

In rare cases, Eagaloid Tech may cancel a project due to ethical, legal, or operational reasons.
 

• In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed and hours invested.

• Final discretion lies with the company.
